Recognition & References

Mentoring at Beyond Boundaries doesn't disappear into thin air. We keep a record of every mentorship, recognise sustained contributions, and put our name behind our mentors when they need it.

What We Record

For every mentorship in the programme, we keep a record of how the mentor and mentee were matched, when the engagement started, how often sessions took place, and how it concluded. Mentor profiles show how long each mentor has been with the programme and link to the success stories their mentees have shared.

That record belongs to our mentors as much as to us — it's the factual basis for everything on this page.

Senior Mentors

Mentors who have completed two or more full mentorship cycles and help select or onboard new mentors are recognised as Senior Mentors. The title appears on their profile on the mentors page and is confirmed in any reference we provide.

Reference Letters

Any active or former mentor can request a signed letter from the programme team confirming their time with us, the number of mentorships completed, and their role — including Senior Mentor status where it applies.

Letters reflect our records, nothing more and nothing less — which is exactly what makes them worth having.

Annual Recognition

Each year we highlight mentors whose contribution stood out — published on this page with their permission. The first cohort of the programme is under way; the first annual recognition will follow it.
