Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing our website or participating in our mentorship programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

We only collect the information you type into one of our forms. This website has no user accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell your information.

This website has no user accounts. We never ask you to create a username or password, and we hold no login credentials for you.
Information Collected Automatically
We do not operate analytics, tracking pixels, session recording, or advertising technology, and we set no cookies. We therefore do not build any profile of your browsing.
However, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and the URL requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Loading our pages also causes your browser to request fonts and icons from third parties, as described in our Cookies Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Assess your application and, where appropriate, match mentors with mentees
- Contact you about your application, enquiry, or partnership proposal
- Introduce you to a matched participant and support the mentorship relationship
- Send you programme updates, if and only if you opted in
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the safety and rights of participants
Our lawful bases for processing are your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the steps necessary to enter into and perform our arrangement with you, and our legitimate interest in running and safeguarding the programme.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only as follows:
Programme Participants
If you are matched with a mentor or mentee, we will share the information needed to make the introduction, typically your name, professional background, skills, interests, and contact details. We tell you before we make an introduction.
Service Providers
Every form submission passes through and is stored by the following categories of provider, who act on our behalf and may only use your information to perform their service for us:
- Hosting and database providers — host this website and store your submission securely.
- An email delivery provider — delivers each submission to our team inbox.
- Font and icon providers — serve fonts and icons to your browser; they receive your IP address but none of your form data.
We can tell you which specific providers we use on request. Please email us at [email protected].
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency.
Business Transfers
If Beyond Boundaries is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in control of your personal information.
Data Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection and are stored in access-controlled systems operated by the providers named above. Access is limited to the people running the programme.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users and the relevant authorities of any data breach as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We keep application and enquiry data in our database and team inbox for as long as needed to assess your application, run the mentorship relationship, and keep a record of the programme. Where you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
To request deletion, email us at [email protected].
